Othmar and Christine Hill found the »Institute for Test Psychology« in Vienna, focusing on personnel search and selection and the development of a psychological diagnostic method to assess the potential of applicants and employees.

1980

A special research and development department for the HILL Competence Analysis^© is installed and ever since has guaranteed up-to-dateness and highest quality standards.

1981-1986

The build-up of the HILL franchise network in Austria begins. HILL Linz, HILL Graz, HILL Salzburg and HILL Klagenfurt are opened.
